Individual Therapy - Standard - 50 Minutes

50-55 minute weekly or biweekly sessions via a secured virtual platform to address your mental and emotional wellness goals.

Individual Therapy - Extended - 90 Minutes

90 minute session, 2 Saturdays per month. A good option for those who need less frequent meetings, prefer weekends, and would like more time in a single session to deepen our work.

Fees

Accessible Fee Scale*: $50-$70 (+$15 for initial session)

My practice prioritizes offering therapy to clients who have struggled to access affordable, specialized therapy. I have training in Internal Family Systems. Because training and specialization can be costly, access to therapists with this training can be limited to people with significant financial resources. My hope is to make Internal Family Systems accessible to at least a handful more people. We all deserve therapy that is compassionate, skillful, and accessible. 

Maybe you're a grad student and juggling multiple jobs. Maybe you're swimming in debt. Maybe you have an insurance with limited options and just can't afford more than $100 for therapy every week. I've been there. If you've searched and searched and just can't find the type of support you want, and we seem like a good fit, please reach out.

*Before requesting my accessible fee, please do try other avenues to find affordable therapy that meets your unique needs, such as through your health insurance. If you're not sure how to do this, you might complete a search using online directories such as Psychology Today, Therapy Den, and the IFS Institute Directory to see if there are available IFS therapists who accept your insurance.

Standard Fee: $170 (+$15 for initial session)

This is the fee I offer to folks who can afford a market rate without making compromises on basic needs. I welcome clients who can afford this higher rate. In fact, having a few folks who can pay this amount will help me continue to offer my affordable rate sustainably over time!

Extended 90-minute Session Fee: $265 (+$15 for initial session)

Saturdays only, 2 times per month.

Insurance

At this time, I am out of network with all insurance. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Please be in touch with your insurance provider to determine whether reimbursement is an option for you.
